Well, again, not surprising at all... just another one of this current administration's threads unravelling from the intricately and deceptively woven sweater of infinity - the threads that endlessly pull from the sweater with no end or source to be found [accountability]... pulling and pulling until you have more thread in a pile than what it took to make such a sweater and still the thread keeps going without end....until you forget why you were pulling that thread because it's taking so long to get to the source <OR> you find ANOTHER thread you start pulling, only to have the same results.  It's like The Shell Game, but after placing the ball under a shell, moving switching the shells around, you pick them all up to find out the ball is completely disappeared. Acorn. ICE. Benghazi. Voter Intimidation. Eric Holder. National Healtcare ("we [have] to pass it so we could read it and see what's in it..."). IRS.  The scarey thing is... 50.25% of us are okay with all this and voted for a 2nd term.  Nullification can help control fat cat congress but the administration's agenda is perfectly fine with sacrificing within its ranks to speed the train forward ... and those folks within their ranks are okay with going down for it - all for a bigger agenda.

I read the governor's letter first and had to say well done.... and then the Kansas Secretary of State Response and thought to myself, "well, if ever there was a serious statement of Bring-It-On, this has to be it".  Have to agree with Boldin all the way: "Every step forward, small or big, is important.'... Yes, the manufacturers may be only able to build and sell within the state however, I think you may see these companies begin moving into these welcoming states with perhaps smaller establishments set up in every state that welcomes firearm manufacturers - instead of one big manufacturing site located in one state shipping nationally. Bring jobs to these states and remove jobs from the states they are not welcomed in.... Firearm manufacturers can and will survive this by restructuring their businesses to adapt to the changes coming.  You have to start somewhere until this B.S. is overturned and the train derailed.  The drumbeats are getting louder.....

The people of Kansas have expressed their sovereign will with overwhelming majority vote. It is beyond belief the [our?] federal government moves to strike their constitutional rights of which is a shame Kansans even had to VOTE for in the first place. The only way to stop this run away train is for every American to stand up and nullify the unconstitutional acts of the federal government and its impetuous powers of imposement through ram rod bills and executive orders. Salute to Kansas.

Fritz, Calling out insults ['hey dummy" in your post above] has no business here - Small business owners WORK for a living and an "income" - which is the monetary payment received for goods or services.  They don't just magically open up a business name and sit back while the bucks roll in..  Back to the point of this forum - the government is well beyond constitutional limitations and plunging your fine son along with all of our children into a debt beyond comprehension and recovery. Please think about this matter. When you look at your children and grandchildren, where will their future lie? What type of life will they be living? Will they be getting by as the 'average American' revamped by socialism? Or, will they each have a chance to be his or her own success story? Given the choice, which of those two options do you wish for your son and your grandchildren?  Revamped average American or wildly successful beyond your dreams? I hope you encourage each of them to reach for a wildly successful future with the freedoms they are entitled to. You can help protect that by working to nullify in your state. Good luck and may God bless your efforts.  - MachRocket

Agreed. The citizens of Missouri should decide their own. Actually, each citizen should be able to determine his or her own will of healthcare coverage, but hopefully the States will recognize this freedom and follow the right path to ensure they are not imposing healthcare mandates and giving each citizen the freedom of choice.

 hi arcadia11 ,

too bad your conservative (red) vote didn't count in California.... I'd like to personally thank CA for their 55 electoral votes to Obama - ensuring the current administration's "will" is imposed on all Americans, including those who do NOT want it and forcing us all (those who work for an income) to pay for it. We need more conservatives in CA to move that state to a conservative vote in the electoral vote count and get the state to actively embrace a nullification process as a whole.. nothing short of a miracle, for sure.
