#51 Jot it down. I used myfitnesspal.com to track the amount of calories, sodium, fiber, protein, carbs and fat I eat a day...started last March and have steadily lost weight that way - 53lb so far. Great article!
I made these in a muffin tin this morning and used chopped pecans instead of walnuts. Have now shared this web page on my FB page because they. are. awesome. Thanks so much! Me and the gorgeous husband are enjoying them with a cafetiere of fresh french roast/nicaraguan coffee. :)
great article! I have found the love of working out and after being sick this past two weeks, have been really frustrated at not being able to run or lift. This weekend I ran, and today I lifted weights and man, it was good to be back in it!
