When I offer you more money as a developer because I see there's more work going into my job than what was expected, then I expect that trust to last throughout the project. Unfortunately, so many of us on both sides of the fence -- clients/designers/developers, etc. have been burned and earning trust under the trial-by-fire spotlight is challenging. Dino, sometimes life creates disengagement. That happened to me from April to December 2014. I essentially lost my moxie to continue the day-in and day-out grind when it just so happened I had to conform to the rules. Rules made by Google; rules made by digital marketing. My blog is lucky to have 2 posts a month although that will change soon. I miss the peeps, but they're elsewhere, too.
And, what did I feel? Amazing relief. More time, less stress, little drama about the interpersonal relationships about which A-lister is getting knocked up or down by the other A-lister. No fun, not billable, just like high school.
So, I applaud you for this revelation. Social media has come of age; in fact, it's not just another marketing tactic that's hard to measure. Is it helpful to have a brand online and to show prospects you're whom you say you are? Indeed, but the total time suck is no longer necessary.
Congrats on growing Triberr; I knew you when.

The NARS on the left is more dense which means less indentation compared to the MAC in the middle with slightly more indent to the curvature of the luscious lip. The spanky cherry Nivea is tres soft and starts flat but soon gets a tip, too.

@Word Ninja Did you know chapstick is like Rose (wine)? You start there and graduate to Chardonnay, then Pinot Noir, then Merlot, etc. So, you get the tinted chapstick (my fave is Nivea cherry) and wear until you want to try the real deal. And, oh, MAC makes the best lipstick evah and NARS is on par. Heh.

That smoker thing is a huge conundrum. I went to French Lick Springs, IN (you know, the hometown of Larry Bird, former Pacer) and the balcony is one of those wrap-around verandas with rocking chairs? The smokers were so disturbing that my daughter and I were gagging; vowed I'd never return. Now, that place is also a casino -- smokers + gambling. Per your point.

You did! And, I do (til death do us part)! Because we've been doing this so long and have experienced every change that required adjusting and re-targeting, we've (I've) grown very weary of the uphill climb.
I've been seeing people talk about the demise of the single blogger. Back in 2010, I launched the SMB Collective -- it was a group blog before its time! Need I resurrect that again and find folks to join in and write for small businesses?
Should we align forces and let each of us showcase our talents again with key words and offerings and products?
I need more time, more money, and more help. Sigh. Thank you for you!
