It seems like a lot of people agree that WE WANT LAMB. Durants drawing 4 defenders and guys cant make open shots, IDC when Martin goes 1-10 ITS TIME TO MAKE A CHANGE!! From what ive heard about him Lamb is a good spot up shooter & that's what he'd be doing if only Brooks would play him a minute!!!! Right now tht trade is looking like the worst thing ive witnessed since the pistons traded Chauncey Billups back in 08. We are receiving no returns on investment, while we watch Harden blossom into a top 10 player...SMH were lookin at you Brooks & Presti
@Thunder, Love, & Basketball @Mcdonalds24 That's what Im saying, whats the point of trading for guys like Lamb & Brewer if were not gonna play em?!? Brooks did the same thing with Nate Robinson in the Perkins trade. We essentially gave up a 2nd rd pick so Brewer could ride the pine then sign somewhere else next season.
That last second tip by Ibaka looked like me in a game of 21. Hopefully he comes back motivated looking to redeem himself game 5.
What I don't understand is with our bigs playing poor defense, Martin playing inconsistent & with Westbrooks minutes going mostly to Jackson & Fisher why Brooks doesn't at least throw out Brewer or Lamb and see what they can contribute?? With Westbrook out were lacking defensively, Brewer is a proven defensive player & we know Fisher gives us nothing defensively. Even though I like what Ive seen so far from Jackson we cant expect him to step up and fill in for Westbrook with 36 minutes a game the rest of the way, I dont see whats wrong with putting Durant at pointForward and throwing Lamb out there for a few minutes to see if he can contribute. It always seems like Brook's never trusts any new acquisitions & keeps them buried on the bench (With the exception of Fisher).
Wish we could'v gotten a player of Martins caliber last year instead of Fisher
Who wants to see more Lamb!?? I do! Haven't had the opportunity to see this guy play here yet and idk why he isn't out there more, especially in garbage time (like half that Toronto game) Hes only 20 and could develop into a good player, but he has to be on the floor to gain experience. We know what we have in Thabo, but lamb could be a player we bring in when we go small and Durant plays PF. I would love to see a 1) Maynor 2) Lamb 3) Martin 4) Durant 5)Collison lineup sometime in the 2nd or 3rd qtrs
