at some point soon UT will be back and Alabama will have a hard team again. Jeez everything's fine the way it is just leave it alone
@bigreb It's not and shouldn't be against the rules to have fun and celebrate winning. That's the whole point of sports. Hitting someone and gator-chomping Florida fans are two very different things. And a defensive lawyer would utter those words, because yes, there is absolutely nothing wrong with anything Henderson has done.
He's just having fun. Jeez leave him alone; he doesn't hit people that's all that matters
He looks like he would eat a kitten for the fun of it
I think the uniforms are pretty fly. They look like what Will Smith would have worn in Fresh Prince of Bel-Air
Cordarrelle Patterson is one of the most talented players I've ever seen. I know UT wasn't that great and he had some work to do running routes, but he's gonna tear it up in the NFL. I bet he has the most successful player on that list. He's just too much of a hoss not to.
It's almost possible to control whether you hit a defenseless player helmet to helmet. If you're anywhere near the same height as them it just happens when you're trying to catch up to them and tackle them if they catch it or knock it out before they do. I understand that it's trying to protect defenseless players, but I do feel bad for the defenders who will get thrown out because of something they didn't intentionally do.
"Targeting and hitting defenseless players above the shoulders" is called way more than it should be. It seems like the rules committee has never played football. Sometimes it's just dumb luck that you hit a player helmet to helmet, and there's nothing you can do about it. And sometimes it's the receiver's fault.
I don't understand how adding more television markets equals more money because you still have to add school to split the money with. You'd think it would just break even
As a Southern Catholic I think the pedophile thing is a bit worse, but I'd say Alabama has more class than that anyway. And it's pretty shameful that a Catholic or any religious institution would rip people like that, but anyway I hope Alabama puts those yankees in their place.
I think it'd be pretty cool if they made a catholic basketball conference. Too bad Notre Dame already souled their soul to the ACC; they might have been what gave the new conference the extra marketing value it would need to be fiscally viable. Jon, seeing as Notre Dame has lots and lots of money, do you think it'd be possible for them to share some of their football money with the other catholic schools out of the kindness of their hearts, or are they as money-grabbing as the public schools?
Maybe UT can snag Taylor if Malzahn gets rid of him. He did used to coach/recruit here under Fulmer
Bring back Phil!
The study only accounts for major conferences, not the whole NCAA.
@djrockytop Chavis has actually said multiple times that he has no interest in being a head coach.
Bring back Phil!
Why doesn't the NCAA set a limit on the size of conferences to prevent all this stupidity?
