@Lori What causes me to raise the bar in educating others in health and wellness? When I see or hear testimonies from those who have successfully supported their bodies and balanced their bodies - that urges my passion to grow and share with others.

Happy Wed to all, setting the bar continues to push us to our limits and that is a good thing. Most people do not even realize they are setting the bar in their lives. I am pushing myself to share my passion with as many people as I can making them more aware of their environment and how it affects their health and well-being. So many contributors to pollution in our bodies and a lot of them are hidden pollutants. Just by educating oneself and taking inventory on product ingredients can you fully understand why your body is suffering. I love helping others understand how to think outside the box and learn to get out of their comfort zone which may just improve their lifestyle.

Really I do NOT care to see my future....I am satisfied to enjoy a day to day journey keeping surprises alive. I do envision my future however on a daily basis...rving across the USA with my best friend (hubby) stopping where life leads us and sharing health and wellness with others.

We moved to Alaska in 2007 and in Dec of 2008 both of us were sick with pneumonia and bronchitis. Our new friend came over and brought us Ningxia Red and a variety of essential oils to support our bodies and within 12 hours the congestion was gone. At the same time, my left shoulder had rotator cuff issues to the point I had to sleep with a pillow propping up the arm. She gave me a bottle of Panaway and within 4 months I no longer had any rotator cuff issues. Sharing is caring.

I agree with Julie...I read a few pages prior to falling asleep because my mind is constantly telling me I need to be doing something else if I start reading during the day.

I do enjoy reading and probably the best novel I ever read was Amityville Horror, but the movie was terrible. I could not put that book down and actually read it in less than 3 days about 30 years ago while I was raising a 1 year old son. He is now almost 31.

Congrats to Lori for a job well done where we can all gather together and learn from each other about Life, for instance...love the name.

@Ernestine1 Happy Birthday we now we are the same age. Yes I,too, have looked back in the past but now I am only looking toward the future...age is just a number in my mind and my best years are yet to come...retirement and I am really looking forward to sharing health and wellness with others as we travel in our motor home across this great land. Our temporary home for the past three years has been in Anchorage Alaska and we are learning so much about life here....much slower pace, stress free lifestyle and it is great.
