@mrsgunnut10 This is a good and fair question though in the light of the IRS scandal the answer is obvious. But do not expect the official answer before the bigger scandals are aired and actions taken, in other words after hell freezes over!

@AdrianVance IQ test are language neutral and can be given and are given in many languages, and are a fair indicator of intelligence quotient in any language. Any one suspicious of that may not do well on an IQ test.
