So then the way it looks it will be a misdemeanor rather than a felony??I'll take that but hoping other states will increase the penalty

Glen Beck lying...he said it was signed by executive order. That is a flat out lie, it was drawn up by none other than John McCain (you know...Obama's Republican opponent in 2008). The scam is that BOTH parties are responsible. Glen Beck often ignores or over looks what the GOP is doing.

@KrisJackson Well we have to start over somewhere. But hey patterns are cyclical and at one time there were the people who laughed at people for thinking the earth was round since the "experts" said it was flat.
@vet91 I agree but we're in the beginning stages of states asserting themselves. My guess is that there will be a battle and the feds will win. But what if the FEDS are fighting 50 states all at the same time? How many battles can they really take on? I'm speaking of not just this issue but of the many issues. The people out number the ruling elite and states out number the FEDS. Worse case scenario is that the states pass laws that maybe are not enforceable right now but will be once the inevitable collapse comes. Take away the Federal Reserve and the dollar and the Federal government is as weak as any state government.

@vet91 As I understand it the IRS can not fine you or force you to pay it. I can't remember the details but do remember it was from a legitimate source.
