@LouisLouis you know what, Russell Wilson truly is one helluva QB. I thought a couple weeks ago, we passed up an opportunity to grab a free agent to contribute to lack of a showing in the WR area. All they need is time to mesh to be that Moss-Carter-Cunningham triple threat waiting to see arrive in Seattle all these years. Lastly,.....PAGING MR IRVIN, BRUCE IRVIN where are YOU!!! Haha

I would say that game was a nail biter but from what my neighbors could gather, I was NOT pleased with refs early on. Two things I gained respect for from this game. One, Wilson to Tate combo. Those two are superb! Second, Brandon Marshall. Way to grow up dude. He has always had freakish ability and I question if the demise of WR's like Terrell Owens and Chad 85 has brought him down to a team based attitude.
Crossing my fingers for the health of Sydney Rice after that hit in the end zone and two, for our secondary to recover from the possible loss of Sherman and Browner. Maybe the powers to be think its as stupid as we do to punish players for legal drugs that have the side effect of enhancement! Oh yeah, Coffee enhances me in the miring, I guess my boss should punish me too!
And for the 23rd first round draft pick of the 2013 Draft goes to ......the Seattle Seahawks. Blown coverages, blown leads, high penalty rate, wide open secondary, etc. Besides all of this, I'm still a die hard Seahawks fan, I'll grin and bear the losses as they pile up for the rest of the season. And as far as our rookie quarterback being the QB of the future...Can't wait for that future!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Who really gives a shit what it's called really, check down or not, the "Short pass" has kept the last 7 opponents alive with first downs redundantly over and over again. As a fan by now, we should all have a sense of urgency bein 4 and 4. I don't know about any of you but winning a meaningless 16th game to screw ourselves out of a 12th round pick versus a 16th, is not good enough. The priority should always be Playoffs and fan opinions on blogs shouldn't be corrected by armchair analysts. GO HAWKS. Oh and I like believing the last eligible receiver or "4th option" is a "check down". Our D has been plagued by them in the second half of every game!
Ok so now that my blood pressure is back down to normal, my anger has subsided to shear disappointment of a Loss, I can hopefully make valid points....
We didn't have any dropped passes! Sure there were close calls but not like last week. Our running game was GREAT today but a solid running game means more first downs and red zone touchdowns "Clearly lacking both!" Damnit, let Wilson run more with the ball! If you watched the game last week against the 49ers, you wouldn't have seen much difference in offense plays than this week. Once again however, Russell made it too damn easy for the defense to read his snap count. Is the huddle so fucking necessary that he can't catch the defense off guard? Really?
Two weeks in a row now, the pitch to Lynch with Robinson blocking was successful! But they used it once each game in the first half! What are you going to the single back run out of the shotgun for then? This has led to 3 and outs to all subsequent series.
Lastly this is for the competition. I sure hope to god this competition bullshit is over. Sure it WAS necessary but now we need CONTINUITY. We don't have our receivers for the future. Victor Cruz, Dez Bryant, and AJ Green are receivers for the future. So it only makes sense that if we have devoted our last two year first round draft choices to Okung and Irvin, then regardless if a stellar free agent receiver has a "Report" with our quarterback, we need to invest in our gameplay while we can! Who's to say Bowe couldn't be on the same page after the bye? If we were 6 and 5, we have a chance at tying first in our division with a sleeper receiver that teams haven't been able to prepare for.
Don't think that Seattle will be ok with your 50% win percentage by the end of next year Pete, cause I'm sure not!
The spin move is embarrassing to watch a Defensive guard attempt so STOP! Matthew Stafford?!? Are you kidding me? This game only proves that if you don't take away the check down, we're gonna continue giving them the first down! Lastly, GODDAMNIT Carroll can't you get a wide receiver competition goin?!?!? I know of at least three dudes right now that would play their heart out for another chance!!! Oh and don't let them watch "The Brady 6" before the next draft. I live in Alabama and I can't stand how rediculous the SEC is on Defense and if we pass up the chance to draft a linebacker from the Alabama coached players, I'll wear an embarrassing Giacomini jersey next year. Get the lead and keep it guys, C'MON Man!
