Maybe in some sort of special episode but the budget wouldn't allow it. I'm up for it by all means, I wonder what that particular episode was...

I'm with the Doctor on this one, just like he explained with the Hitler scenario, he had no right to interfere with major human history. Clara had a right to be upset sure, but I think it was more shock than what was right/wrong.

Looks like UNIT is gonna need a new base....
@JamesStroud @Oliver J. "cool" Woah, I didn't say better than the 50th. It would take a LOT to get to that level.
@Klaas Smit @Oliver J. "cool" For me they the beginning on the moon was great, it had some brilliant tense moments, I thought the spiders (bacteria) looked good and threatening. The middle where they find out it was an egg I was a little unsure about but in the end they handled it well and I find the events plausible in the Whoniverse. The ending with Clara and the Doctor arguing caught be by suprise, so far I've loathed Clara since The Name of the Doctor, but this whole scene I thought she did great with and had some good points. All in all I'm glad it had no episode-contradicting lines or scenes and didn't affect an important part of the Doctor's life (darn you Listen!). But hey, it's all down to opinion and preference. :)
@Regenerated Catterson @Oliver J. "cool" Yeah, this episode was pretty quotable to say the least.
BEST LINE OF THE SERIES: "Aww, my Grandmother used to put things on Tumblr".
Wow. Wow. Wow. I LOVED that. That has got to be the best episode of Doctor Who since the 50th special.
"Let's copy and paste Midnight" - Listen is born. "Let's copy and paste The Waters of Mars" - Kill the Moon is born.

@KingoftheOod4450 An episode like this could be a 10/10. Depends on your personal preference and how much you enjoyed the episode. I enjoyed this far more than Deep Breath, thats for sure.
@Roq777 The Doctor has always been anti-soldier. He never liked guns, didn't want to take part in the Time War, hated the War Doctor cause he took part. I think as his personality changes then his view on the matter just gets stronger or milder.
Series 8 episodes in order of how much I liked them:
1. Time Heist
2. The Caretaker
3. Robot of Sherwood
5. Into the Dalek
6. Deep Breath
I thought it was great. Really enjoyed it. The advanced review seemed to put a bit of a downer on it but I liked it.
Time Heist, BY FAAAAAAAAARRRRR.

@Oliver is ready to rob a bank! @Oliver J. "cool" The Doctor recives a phone call from the woman (Miss K) to break into a bank and save the two Tellers; i'm asuming she told him everything she knew about the event. The Doctor set it all up to go accordingly as it was now a fixed point due to him hearing about his own future, him using the TARDIS straight away to save the two would have caused a paradox. - Nice to see another Oliver :)
@Oliver is ready to rob a bank! Used his TARDIS.
@The Tricksters Brigade The one I liked the most was there being another Teller. The one that surprised me the most was probably the twos survival.
Loved it. Awesome ep.
@TomLong2 1. The creature. 2. The creature. 3. The creature. Evidence that it exists are strewn throughout the episode.

The Veil. A Slitheen. A Sensorite. The Trickster??????????? What kinda database is that?
@LucasW My thoughts exactly. Thank you.
@MrRazza, Investigating Missy and Mr Pink @Oliver J. "cool" I'm hoping for a return to these events.
@GalaxyEyes @Oliver J. "cool" To be honest, I don't know why, I've just never liked Clara or her story arc. I wouldn't have minded if the Doctor kid never even knew she was there but because she interacted with him and gave him the soldier I think it just takes away a lot of mystery and awe from the Doctor. So it's that and a few plot holes.
@Cambrell Episodes like this create Moffat sceptics.
Loved it at the beginning. Loved it at the children's home. Loved it in the spaceship (despite ripping-off Midnight) but then they go to barn, and words like "hate" are entering my mind. I think at least some explanation of the creature could have been given, the Danny/Orsen thing needs to be elaborated on more and for goodness sake WHY DOES CLARA HAVE TO BE THE MOST INFLUENTIAL PERSON IN THE DOCTOR'S LIFE???
@LGwalchmai95 Be glad that it defies the movie law where every alien must land in America.

@DWISCOOL100 I was thinking that the picture shows the original form of the shapeshifter, maybe the prosthetics are hard to wear so the actor doesnt have to use them as often because it changes. Or maybe it is the teller because it has an exposed brain which usually indicates mental powers. Or maybe we're both wrong...

Lets cut out the t-rex from Deep Breath because the dinosaurs died out. Lets cut out the Dalek exterminations because people shoot other people in real life. Lets change the episode title of "Listen" because some people are deaf.
@DWISCOOL100 I think it may be the shapeshifter.
Really enjoyed it, thought it was great. Danny Pink was awesome, plot went pretty well. Only one plot hole but a huge improvement on the last. :)

@A Friend of the Ood @Oliver J. "cool" @Clara Laurinda @Nicene Nerd I don't want to start any arguments but all my beliefs are based on the Bible which most of the world seem to portray as some restrictive, dictating book. In the end there's nothing any of us can do about what each other think but like I said, I am not a hater.
