These look brilliant. I like that the armorposite is in two distinct sections, forefoot and heel, allowing for flex. Definitely a hard look. These look like they're built for combat.
A $900 AF1 mock-up of a $20 runner from the '70s-- brilliant!
These haven't gotten any prettier with time.
These are definitely one of the top shoes of the year without question, boosted by a great selection of colorways. These are a work of art.
What I don't get is that he has to box them all up himself. What's that all about?
These were the step-down model from the Air Trainer. They also did a mid version with forefoot strap, as well, minus the text panel. I I recall correctly, Nike also made a cheaper version minus the Air cushioning, as well, sharing most of the aesthetic specs with these Air Cross Trainers.
Will somebody please give me back my TW-2 from 1988/89, with the hytrel forefoot strap and mesh panels. Dark blue, grey, and light grey. This is close, but no cigar.
Love the shoe design, hate the colorways of these first releases.
These lame-ass tactics only make HTC look even more pathetic. Let's not forget all the trolls peppering blogs with claims of how 'premium feel' is so important, only to learn this: http://androidcommunity.com/reasoning-behind-htc-one-shipment-delays-20130319/
They should give up on these and the Spiz'ikes, and save the mix and match parts for retro reissues that people actually want.
I've seen better pairs of AJs hanging from telephone wires.
Mache is a master of the art. His Dark Knights are on my top ten list of lottery-win kicks.
@inTheNameofQuen They made the changes so they can release the real OG version four months later at a $40 markup.
These are badass.
I'm a sucker for anything woven and these are no exception, especially that bottom colorway. What a great summer shoe these will be.
My favorite LB X colorway so far. At these prices, what's one more Jefferson? And doesn't that markup go to charity?
Did the originals have perforated leather across the entire forefoot? I seem to recall the originals were made of smooth leather.
Hell, these look nicer that the XX8s.
These are sick. I would seriously consider a pair of these if they come in more neutral colors like greys or earth tones. They're like an amped version of the Powerlines+ of which I already own two pair. In fact, put the speckled Free sole on these and they'd be perfect.
