Look at Holder's history prior to being appointed as Atty Gen. I mention this because he was heavily involved in Waco & Ruby Ridge.
Yeah, but we'd still have to contend with Californication, western Oregon & Washington. Or we could wait for the San Andreas (sp) Fault to take care of the problem.....
I find it odd that a state that fought so hard against STATE'S RIGHTS during the "War of Northern Agression" has now done a total flip flop, and it only took a hundred and fifty years to pull their heads out of the sand. I mention this because my great-great grandmother and great aunt were raped and robbed by Kansas Red Legs during that war. Oddly enough, my g-g grandfather was off defending Missouri against the south. They were the only yankee's in my tree, by the way. Laugh if you wish, but we are very close to history repeating itself. I'm very happy to see the state of Kansas and so many other "free" states taking a stand such as this. If the SCOTUS doesn't wake up soon, along with our representatives in both houses, then we are doomed to repeat that sad history.

I spent 8 years as a LEO & over 20 years in the Army (ABN Infantry & Special Forces). At no time was I ever taught to "shoot to wound". That is just a stupid idea. If you shoot follow this basic rule: Aim small, miss small & another basic rule: One shot, one kill. That is, by the way, the way to hunt, too. One thing I was taught that sticks is that if you pull the weapon, use it. You don't use it to threaten, you use it to stop the problem that caused you to pull it in the first place. And one more thing, when I became a LEO, we were taught & lived by the premise: "TO PROTECT & SERVE". That is no longer taught, they are now taught that civilians are the enemy.... Think about that one for a while.
A side note: The 9mm parabellum was developed by the German Army to wound, not kill, on the battlefield so as to remove the wounded person & who ever administered assistance.....That is why the 9mm sucks! If they deserve shooting in the first place, why in hell would you only shoot to wound? I carry a .45 because it is just stupid to have to shoot more than once, ammo is expensive, why waste it....

There is no doubt in my military mind tht this was not done on purpose. The democrats/liberal know that well over 66% of the military is/are anti liberal/socialist. Question is will this lead to a civil war? or insurrection? or the splitting up of the United States. History does repeat itself
Not always. You described my ex-daughter-in-law to a tee in your 2nd sentence. It cost us $30,000 to win full and sole custody, and took 2 years to prove our case. GOD was on our (my son's side) throughout the ordeal, and HE led us through prayer. All took place in Maricopa County.

I disagree with just about everything in the article. I too have been a registered republican since I was old enough to register, and I'm 65. What has caused the republicans to loose power in the past is the fact once they get into power they don't fix what the democ rats have messed up. Along with that, I don't know how many people say that they voted for Obama because they were not about to vote for Palin. McCain really threw in the towell when he picked her for a running mate. But, I'd still like to see her in a bikini.
This time around, if the republicans fail to fix a the damage GWB & BHO have done, along with their cohorts, then the nation is doomed. This travesty has got to be cleaned up or I predict a blood letting the likes of which Jefferson would be proud. And it will make the Civil War look like a neighborhood brawl.
