@SFguy452 @craigcam Ditto. Regardless of Uber's intention to identify "amazing taxi drivers" - which I actually believe they might be able to do, in the long run - SF taxi service has been so notoriously horrid for so long that to launch this service with a mandatory 20% gratuity is just offensive.Until Uber can _guarantee_ a quality of service that deserves such a tip, they shouldn't ask customers to guarantee such a tip.
