Do you honesty think any of us has a chance, if the feds want our guns, they will come, if we fight back they will send the military, the only way we keep them is to limit federal power.

The feds are chipping away at this, one ruling at a time, the ole boy growing wheat for personal use was the first major attack, Raich was the second, it seems to come around from time to time, seems like it's coming more often, the feds want our guns, who do you think will win, we are going to be dead one day, the fed lives on. Fight, Every Issue, Every time, No Exceptions, No Excuses, that even means Marijuana.
"We The People" are the ones who truly say what is constitutional, but we have lost that due to bickering, our federal government is conquering by division.
You lose your argument when you pick on other states, that have passed laws that differ from federal law, and criticize them. Together we stand, divided we fall, thats the plain ole truth.
Why are some of you so hiprocritical, California, Colorado, Washington and many other states have voted for the use of Marijuana, when you get right down to it, it is the same issue, States Rights, does it have to be a gun, wake up everyone, you fight for a single issue and let others just as important go, since the federal government claims supremacy over marijuana you can kiss ur guns goodbye, it is all interstate commerce, and as in marijuana even if it is purely intrastate, the supreme court ruled in Raich, read it and weep. If the feds want something they take it no matter what you texans say. You all need to read Raich and see Clarence Thomas's dissent, he spells it out so the 5th graders can understand it, then read Gonzales vs Oregon, Thomas's dissent again tells the rest of the Supreme's how wrong thay are as the ruling is reverse of Raich. The problem is the supremacy clause, coupled to the neccessary and proper clause tied to the commerce clause, pretty much is unlimited, the feds may back down on the gun issue but if they really want them, they will take em, bet that.
I am proud to admit I am a tenther.

The feds use the 3 clauses coupled together to pull the teeth of our founding fathers, their words of wisdom and guidance, is our constitution. The necessary and proper clause, the commerce clause, the supremacy clause. With these clauses the feds have unlimited powers, read Clarence Thomas' dissent in Gonzales v Raich and his dissent in Gonzales v Oregon. The feds can control the lemons we grow in our backyard if they choose to. I think it has gone to far to ever be drawn back, it is truly a shame. I would love to be apart of trying to get some supreme court rulings reversed, wickard vs filburn for one, our federal government is on a path of self destruction and the sheeple are asleep. WAKE UP, WAKE UP, the wolves are here. Does anyone ever wonder why we are in the mess that this country is in, all these wars, bad economy, homeless veterans, bank fraud, corporate personhood, welfare, ect. ect. I am proud to be an american, but I am ashamed of our federal government.
