So what is one of the mandates of the Government (constitution) concerning taxes?: The United States Constitution forbids direct federal taxes, and is the only item in the Constitution that is stated twice: Article 1, Section 2: "...direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States..." Article 1, Section 9: "...No Capitation, or other direct, Tax shall be laid, unless in Proportion to the Census..." Direct taxes are taxes on a person, a person's property, or the exercise of a fundamental right. Any tax on a person's labor, or on the earnings from their labor, is a direct tax. "Apportioned" and "in Proportion to the Census" mean that the tax is billed to the state governments according to each state's percentage of the national population. The states collect the tax according to state law, and remit it to the federal government. The Federal Government is prohibited from involving itself directly in the lives and finances of private citizens. Congress has not passed a Direct tax. There is none. You should never have to do anything concerning Federal Income tax. You should have nothing to do with withholding from your earnings or filing any federal forms in order to work for a living. It's not a tax on your job or your earnings because that would be a Direct Tax without apportionment in violation of the Government (constitutional) mandate. So what do all these Federal Forms, W-4, W-2, 1040 and all those other Federal forms apply to? The income tax is not on income as such. It is an Excise Tax with respect to Certain Activities and Privileges which is measured by reference to the income which they produce. The income is not the subject of the tax; it is the basis for determining the amount of tax. House Congressional Records, page 2580, March 27, 1943. Read the above over and over again. Income is not the subject of the Income Tax. The Income tax has nothing to do with income. It is an Excise tax on certain activities and Privileges. The income tax is not a tax on the amount of money one receives in a given year. Income, as defined in the law, can only be generated from all sources of taxable activity, nothing else. Taxable activity is any act which the federal government has an exclusive, legislated authority to engage in for the purpose of raising revenue to support of its own functions. The Income tax is an excise tax (income tax upon the income produced from Certain Activities and Privileges, not upon the earnings of private citizens engaged in common law occupations. The supreme Court said: "An income tax is neither a property tax nor a tax on occupations of common right, but an Excise Tax....." Sims v. Arrens, 271 S.W. 729. You have the right to have all the income you want. Your earnings, income, belongs to you and you don't owe a tax on it unless you are engaged in a taxable (income generating) activity. Write your CONgressMAN and ask him for a list of the activities that produces taxable income.

The Constitution of the United States is the Government. Read the Constitution and it authorizes temporary administrators to enforce the Government Mandates (The constitution) but it does not make any person or agencies as the government.
The temporary administrators are our employees and the regulations for the administratros are set forth in the Constitution. They are not authorized do do anything that the Government (constitution) authorizes or that makes them the traitors to the people.
Those who are authorized to snoop without a Warrant are the criminals.
It has nothing to do with if I have nothing to worry about if I'm not doing anything illegal.
The agencies are the one that are illegal and unlawful.
There are sooooo many things our Servants make us pay for that are not authorized.
