@majrod @-BLACK- I can never tell when Majrod is trying to be helpful & when he's taking a shot at me. This time I'm gonna go with.......Helpful. ;)
@ArcticWarrior Been waiting for you to show up in this camo thread as it has been a wheelhouse topic of yours in the past. I've enjoyed your input.
@wannabearmyteen Gonna have to watch for that Fear Gear. In some of those pics it took a little time to find their product.
@LawyerHandle "...does he post stuff like that regularly?"
Can a group of Rangers drink a truck load of beer while filming for SOFREP TV? :)
@Drago Damn right D. I've gotta give credit when credit is due. Jeffrey & I disagree on several topics but he has done a kick-ass job on this. Hopefully this is the beginning-of-the-end for Graham Ware.
@Nick Kitt "To claim there is cover up is foolish, especially in this day and age, Eventually, the truth will get out"
The truth did come out - yesterday. They lied about their actions, tried to place blame on something other than the true reason for the attack, attempted to cover it up and flat told people not to talk to the congressional investigators. I claim cover up.
@RedWanderer Even the reporting on the morning news/talk shows had a much different feel when comparing yesterday to today. Fingers crossed.
"All aboard Extortion 17 are Heroes, period." Agreed and I can appreciate your reasons for wanting to focus on the positives of SO.
@shootenAnyone know who the hired help is or where they're from? 'Cuz this has kinda turned into a "how many things can you find wrong with this picture" kinda thing.
@majrod "Many will say they couldn't have changed the outcome anyway. Irrelevant."
Exactly! IMO In a situation like that where lives are at stake: If You Can - You Do (i.e. Glen & Tye)
Ski: "I may be way off the mark on this one, but I have a feeling that many readers will find this article very interesting and useful."
You nailed it! This civi appreciates your input on this subject. This is great information that many of us non-mils really need to hear. I especially liked & will remember #10. Please consider this my formal request for Part 2 in the near future.
*I also got a helluva lot more done at work before my 'REP addiction.
@Tango9 @TKW406 Prior to my SOFREP addiction my SA level was zero. Now, I'd say I'm at 6 and improving. Knife-check Tools-check CC-check First Aid- crickets
Hopefully, SOFREP will continue to pump out more articles like this. Those of us w/out the training need it pumped into our brains.
@RedWanderer "How did decisionmakers know subsequent attacks weren't still coming in Benghazi? How did they know they wouldn't happen for 48 or 72 more hours?
Great question!! Wish I was smart enough to have thought about that.
I finished reading "Fearless" about three months ago & that is a spot-on & very personal review of this book. Anyone who has a child knows exactly the reaction Chief Webb is talking about when you read about that final good-bye. Damn, how I wish I could have met Adam Brown. Thanks Chief.
@Virginstateofmind It's another voter elected position.
