Thank you for some content other that isnt the vossen/airlift promotion!

I love the look of the scirocco and if they came in awd, i'd pick one up in a heartbeat. Looks like I'll just have to swap it all over one day!

@2xthefun @Mike_Vossen Money is part of this situation yes, but to be honest, if I were to have this happen to me I certainly wouldn't have gone and retried it myself after the engine blew up the first time. The character Mike is talking about is that the owner decided he was going to get his ride the way he wanted it no matter if he had to spend a ton more money and install a supercharger himself.

I get the whole "hate on the speedhunters x vossen x airlift circlejerk" thing but you're just being inconsiderate

With such an awesome build, I'm a little disappointed with him using cut springs. I understand it's just a cruiser, but there are much cleaner and more appropriate ways to go about lowering it. Cool car though!

Absolutely nothing wrong with this car. If anything, the purists should be thankful he saved another e30 from just sitting around collecting rust waiting to be crushed.

I don't understand why people hate on other's custom cars. Just be happy they decided to actually do something different with their car than just drive another boring stock commuter car....

Something about these back roots japanese builds gets me so excited. I guess I like them because they're a style that is relatable to a lot of us who build on a more cost effective mindset.

Either way, I'd love to be able to wake up every morning and thrash around with this bad boy

@wheatgod @apex_DNA Haha he's not the troll here....He's merely pointing out common aspects of the car that are almost always associated with the VIP scene, which the car is obviously  a part of. I don't understand how you can say airbags ruin a car either. There are plenty of performance airbag systems that are just as good as coilovers(not saying this car has them). And I don't think this car will ever be hitting the track so I doubt he cars about how stiff his suspension is.

There's no need to be a dick on here. If its not your scene or you just can't appreciate the car, just click on the other hundred articles on here.....

Although I'm not crazy about having the craziest audio/interior equipment, I still love this car. The brown exterior gives the car a pretty sedate/menacing look, but the pink/purple interior just pops out at you and really surprises you. Well done.

I just wished there were movies about cool cars that weren't absurdly juvenile and silly. Sure, most of the people that will see this are the kinda people who don't care too much for intelligent movies, but I think a 'real' movie would still do very well in the market.

@MrMikeOc When you hover your mouse over top of any of the pictures in the post, a black translucent box should appear on the bottom of the picture, there you'll have 3 options to pick to either enter presentation mode, download the picture as a wallpaper, or share the image. Click the enter presentation mode.

There is also a white box with a black circle inside of it with a computer inside of that at the bottom left corner of the first image (cover image?) of each post. Click that and you should enter presentation mode as well

I'm thinking give us a sport model (rwd, n/a, ~2.0L, 5-speed) and then come out with a  type-R (awd, turbo, 6-speed). If something like that happened, I'd be converted to a honda guy

AWD with staggered tire sizes?

The concept is pretty darn stupid if you ask me. Anyone who has the money to afford an offroad supercar can probably afford getting an actual offroad jeep or whatever. I'd rather see Audi focus on getting a new rs4 out or something fun like that.

Definitely go with 14s. I read you were keeping the body mainly stock so 14s will look so much better. \I also want to suggest going with a street/grip style. Keep the exterior mainly stock with just a few grip influences like reasonably wide wheels, possible fender stretch/overfenders, a front lip, and something small in the rear like a small wing. I think that would be an awesome look! Good luck with the build, I'm excited that you're moving along with the project!

I don't see why people can get so offended about something like this. Especially considering this may be one of the few modified a7s around, it's nice to see another car that is not left behind in stock form. And it's not like people are ever going to bring their a7s to the track so why not at least make the car a bit more unique?

People would be surprised on how great some of the newer-tech air bag suspensions handle now. I know there is a slightly popular video of an sti on these new "performance bags" just tearing it up on the track. I think it's a cool car, and a very bold idea.

Also, I love that van! I've always dreamt of a performance oriented van!

I don't have much of a problem with the camber, the dirty engine bay, or the stock interior. The only thing I don't like is that gross chrome everywhere and the ugly stickers/pinstripes. I reminds me too much of the stupid ghetto-mobiles I see too often in the city. But like I said, that's the only thing I don't really like. Everything else is awesome.

@JustinBeaverFever  @this.guy.said I'm assuming it's because of the way people look at a GTR or 458 as opposed to a Porsche, especially the 911. When I hear someone talk about a GTR or 458 (or any crazy supercar for that matter), it's about the insanity and futuristic vibe you get from such a crazy car. Prosches, on the other hand, are more recognized as a driver's car, especially the 911, I'm not saying any of the supercars aren't proper driving machines, because they are the best you can get, but a Porsche is categorized differently.

I'm not sure how well I'm getting my point across, hopefully you understand what I mean! :)
