@jasonkonopinski If you don't understand the business then you can't set realistic expectations.  Its one big circle, I actually don't think one weighs more than the other.

@KenMueller Could not agree more.  Client service has a lot of educating in it.  It might be the client, your team, and, well, mainly yourself.

@Anthony_Rodriguez Thanks, Anthony.  I agree about the young people on the show.  All I want to say is "how could you?"

@rdopping You are not the average .  Maybe you don't see me as a Millenial, but everyone else does.  It stinks to have age define who you are.

@jenzings This is where I fall into the trap, because I want more than that. I get it; Millennials always want more.  But I believe there is more to be done than just working hard, like writing this blog and doing podcasts for the greater good.

@JoelFortner Thanks, Joel.  However, I want to do more than kill it, I want to change the stereotype.  So how do I do that?  I'll let you know when I find that answer.

@TheJackB Interesting point.  Although, I keep hearing that this is the first generation that is not working harder than the generations before them and that is what gets on my nerves.

I think waiting it out is important here.  We don’t know where this is going and Skittles should not try and profit from it.  (Any sort of move could look like they are even if they are not.)  I think the statement they made was PERFECT.  Taste that rainbow.

@MollyFulton It is all about the lesson.  They had hoped for a successful viral video and they never imaged it would be what it is today.  BUT, do you think he could have thought of more or different actions for people to take?

@trontastic Thanks!  I would have liked to see what the actual need was then maybe a phone number to call, an address to write a letter to.  Raising awareness is great, but what is a bracelet and a poster going to do?

@BBS_JonBrock Love the word you used, experiment.  Yes, this is an experiment of how social media can create change.

You are correct.  I had a note in there that the last four books are non fiction...that must have gotten edited out, @lisagerber ?
