Great perspective!
This can help position sales people as relevant in the lives of their prospects. I find many times prospects don't really know how to most effectively buy what's being sold.
I mean you don't buy soap the same way you buy a laptop. What's the best way to buy your product or service?
In a world with so much hype, honesty can create deeper trust between people.
