I don't have the time, or inclination, to go thru all the to-ing and fro-ing of Judge Koh's deliberations.  but I am puzzled as to why the case went to jury.....only to have the jurys finding overuled by Koh ?  Secondly.....apparently she didnt even wait for a report to arrive on her desk, to read it.....and upheld her decision in favour of APPLE. So, how then does she avoid the appearance of predjudice in light of this  ?  I havnt yet seen any analysis of this, and it puzzles me no end.
