Did you happen to notice if they boil and make their gluten free noodles in separate equipment than their wheat noodles? Sounds really picky, but some folks have really, really bad gluten intolerance (celiac disease) and this makes all the difference for them.
Melissa, I am SO THERE. Almost. Soon, though, and more than once while I'm back home, definitely. THANK YOU for this gluten-free friendly PSA!!! For once, freshly made gluten free pasta, and mentaiko pasta that doesn't come from an instant packet! :) Drooling already in anticipation!
