@rojohnson Actually, there is TWICE as much Estrogen in Dairy, then there is in Soy products. The estrogen in Soy products is a plant based Estrogen, called Phytoestrogen-which is completely harmless to humans. You are better off eating the Soy, but make sure it is Non-Gmo and Organic!
