All of your points were spot on, not commenting on those and if they turn them around hopefully they can still succeed. When Virgin Atlantic started they were so close to bankruptcy it was insane, after a lot of work Branson was able to turn it around and today it's a successful airline. I'll be interested to see if the same happens here.

Travis you rock, keep in doing what you're doing. Innovating around the world. Take on London, Hailo is a terrible app and Uber black is a great service here.

I don't see how this is that big of a company but congrats to them. It's an interesting product but a problem mostly targeted to startups.

I think one major flaw is everyone is just taking Kickstarter and making it for X vertical. Guess what, it doesn't work in every market. If you remove Kickstarter from your mind you can create something far more powerful in your market and actually succeed.

It's a complete clone but if Fab doesn't launch in those areas or even ship they can't do anything about it. No point complaining, just have to compete.

I think it really depends. If you're irreplaceable in a company you've founded there's a huge problem as once you leave there's a gap. I mean look at TechCrunch without Mike Arrington, it wasn't designed to exist without him (you could say Apple but there's no evidence this has had a massive effect yet).

@AllenVaughn They're to learn! But I believe if you go to Stanford you do get some kind of credit. If you don't you get a qualification but no standard qualification but a certificate from Stanford.

Hey, just to say I was angry earlier as obviously it's like not being able to use YouTube. I understand it's not their fault as it's licensing but still I would have liked a blogpost or something instead of mid dj session for someone to find it out when they tried to access the site.
