@greatist: I am very interested and psyched to try this workout however, I'm 48 and I am going through menopause (if it matters) and I am a real faithful green smoothie lover. I just can't seem to get rid of my middle. All my life I've had the mesomorph type body and suddenly my body has become a stranger to me. I hope this works. I don't think it's too late to get a nice core at my age...do you?
