He doesn't have the confidence he advertises in his network. If most people don'tneed unlimited, then he could benefit from that by advertising that verizon doesn't limit us and then silently benefit from the fact that most people don't use more than 2 gb. Actually the fact that most people don't use more than 2 gb should relieve any concerns he has about his network failing if he were to permit unlimited data. Who likes to worry about extra charges and count megabytes. Every time I hit the 2gb limit and have to decide whether I should continue using my phone, verizon has failed me.
