It's unfortunate, but I will have to concur with @TomHorsch on his assessment of the TF-201 Transformer Prime because it is my EXACT experience (minus sending it in). But I plan to send it in and once their inept is demonstrated I too will take action. I will start with the BBB and then work up.
Video issues (twitching bar, distortions on the left side), Hard lockups that demand a reset, unexplained intermittent massive battery drains, The USB port on Dock issue, etc etc etc. This is my first retail ASUS purchase, it will probably be my last.
