This is my favorite feature ever!  I love how a simple sticker can tell so many stories and recall some awesome experiences.

The problem always seems to be "to stick or not to stick".

So awesome.  Refreshing to see a Hako in a non-GTR clone kinda way.  Love all the personal touches too.

The ever so slightly moved wheel arch is brilliant.  Gives the car that bit of "something doesn't quite look like it should" but done so well (as is the rest of the car) that is looks elegant.  I really, really like this.  With aircon and modern comfort, I would daily this here in Los Angeles!!

Spectacular work!!!!  Truly inspiring and love the feel of your builds.  I really enjoyed seeing the start of your journey with the flip paint R34 to what you're building now.  That metal paint Hako is mental, and the worn wheel paint on the Z...makes them that much more real.

@Seanskee Mad Manga wasn't based on any specific car...it's just my idea of what a kaido racer would look like in Hot Wheels form.  There might be a body line or detail that may be interpreted as a particular car, but it quickly changes as you transition to the next surface. To me that's really exciting, and reminiscent of when guys mash up parts of different makes and models to create something truly unique.

Looking good Mike!  I love seeing Japanese wheels on German cars (and vice versa)

I've always liked the look of those VW Detroits but I always imagined that they weigh a lot.  Going to be doing some work on my VW project soon, I think some lightweight wheels and track rubber are in order.

Something about that R32 MKV Golf up there.  Just the right amount of drop and track ready wheel/tire combo.  A nice break from the mega slams and stretched tires (nothing wrong with that, BTW) Gives me some ideas for my VW project!

So much badass in this post! I love that Nova wagon and the black Falcon. Rad minivan and enjoyed seeing some of those trucks too, it reminded me of my toyota mini truck from back in the day. That Miata fastback had my eyes playing tricks on me, where did the fastback addition come from?

That's the spirit. I have 3 old Datsuns, and they all have little things that aren't quite right. Over time they can be fixed, but for now I just count them as part of the experience and an opportunity to find creative solutions.

@bradlesh240 Agreed, I can't fault the twin SU's with the 2.8 bottom end.  There is a good amount of torque and enough ooomph to keep me happy, for now.  The car doesn't have any camber plates, unless you know something I don't!

Mizuno Works is the one shop I have been wanting to visit for a while.  I can't begin to explain  how excited I am to see this feature Mike, this is the stuff I love.   Next time I'm in Japan I'll have to pay homage to the source of so much inspiration.

I was lucky enough to see the gold Ken and Yonmeris in person during the Auto Salon meet in January...  Mind blown.

I enjoy seeing Hakos dressed outside their norm.  A white or silver Hako on black Wats is a beautiful thing, but builds like this are more fun to see.  Looks like a proper street bruiser to me, I'm loving it!  Part of the creative process is trying something different, and there is pure joy in that.
