Well said! Hilarious grass picture. I'm quite happy being an 'insignificant blade of grass' myself. He finds debt bloggers so pathetic, but he dedicates his blog to writing about them? That's what I'd call truly pathetic.

I am for a fixer-upper, but only mildly so. We can't do any major renos ourselves, so my preference is to buy a less than perfectly new place and do some tweaking to it!

I'm currently stuck in a job that has no advancement possibilities and not in my field (serving). Just graduated this year and I've been doing some freelance work in my field to try to build a good resume and get another job. Probably will still serve a night or two a week since it is great money !
