I'm happy to see voters not responding to the Matt Millen comment, which is not Pammy worthy. It appears the owners of the web site have an ear out for anything slightly odd from Millen so they can slap it on the site. Also, Uncle Verne's remark was brilliant, so the 22 votes for his remark are puzzling. Bentley's right, not every football fan remembers Tarkenton, since Fran played in the 60's and 70's. We need to clean up the Pammies!

Again I think the Pammies and Pammie voters have missed the point. Brent's comment and Rece's comments were humor, not mistakes. I have always thought the Pammies were for stupidity in the heat of a show such as Chuck Long, Sweet Lou or Ovie Mughelli.

And I agree with thecaptn, I think the voters are just putting in Millen without a thought. Dumbest comment of the above was Chuck Long.

It's overkill across the board. You have ESPN with daiiy NFL shows, an NFL network, websites, fantasy. The networks would be better served with the old 30 minute model but since the networks also need to pay bills they bloat the shows to sell ads. There are too many talking heads. The best format would be one host and two analysts.

The pre-game shows in the NFL Today Brent-Phyllis-Irv-Greek days were special because that was pretty much it. Today we are drowning in information.

voted this week for 4, 5, 11 and 13.

Ones that should not be on this week....#6, #10 (which sounds like Herbstreit may have been describing a replay) #3, a simple mistake and maybe #2 because if Millen is talking about a quarterback that normally doesn't run the comment makes sense.

Crippen-Patrick's comment isn't totally off base...you can nail a field goal lengthwise but not be accurate. That would apply to a long kick.

This group of 15 should have been whittled down to about 9. I only found four worth voting for this week: 4, 7, 11 and 13.

Some of these are grossly out of context, like 9 and 10. Others simply aren't worth the time. I assume there are plenty of comments sent in but it might be better to narrow the field to a high quality 10 rather than a bloated 15.

Sharpe, like the rest of them is begging for publicity and attention. He got it, but to accuse Rodgers of not being a great guy, after admitting he doesn't know him shows how little he understands the job of being an analyst. Does he have GB receivers saying bad things about Rodgers? If so, share that information otherwise jam it Sparky until you have something of substance
