Obviously the calories vary depending on which ingredients you choose. This is the 2nd time I made these delicious bars and they are a huge hit with everyone!!! I used the pumpkin seeds, walnuts, dried mixed berries, ripe bananas and 2 tbsp flax seed and the total calories were 1,927, fat 68g, protein 66g, sugar 58g, carbs 265. I cut them into 16 squares, making 1 bar 120 calories,4.2g fat and 4 grams protein. Hope this helps! By the way Maja, I just loooove your blog. I check numerous times daily just waiting for a new one from you!!!!!!! (The healthy lasagna is fabulous too!) I follow Veronika's blog and learned of yours from her. You truly are an inspiration!
