@HondaSI The joke is that this guy thinks that Adidas has lost it's "swagger"...where have you been...For all those who have drank too much Nike Kool-Aid go to the emergency room and get your stomach pumped and have them re-calibrate the neurons in your head. At least you like them though.
If it's not enough that when you go to the mall or look around that most people wear Nike and Jordan, you have to realize you are among the common folk who all wear the same stuff.
I have lots of shoes and the ones that I have gotten over the fastest, have been the Jordans and some Nikes that I bought because I was caught up in the hype.

What a joke and so like the Nike Hypebeast brand and it's customers. Take the blinders off and realize that many of you are idolizing a brand and music that is force fed to you by the media and the hype. In other words, for the most part, if your main deal is Nike is thee brand and Kanye is so great....then you are among the masses and the main stream.....there really is nothing unique about you.
If it's not enough that this self called genius is emulating Lady Gaga with his masks, then you have his most recent tour where he uses a projection unit with messages that have no meaning, and you have the fans saying " how deep"...what a joke! Then...how can we ever forget the Taylor Swift episode....which then brings to mind the TMZ clip where he bangs his head on a sign...talk about karma.
Back to the shoes...why would Kanye get a line with Adidas under the Y-3 label?....that's Yohji Yamamoto...that would be a travesty. While it would make sense to guess that he will be going to Adidas, I am hoping that it doesn't happen although it would be a slap in the face to Nike.

@nyckillaallday stick to going to the local malls and rocking what is force fed you there...you obviously never could rock these...too each his own but people like you should be put on a space ship and sent to never never land.

@NYCNATIVE917 I might give you some respect if you were rocking a 212 area code, but it appears to me that you are a small minded, illiterate who would rather drink the kool-aid that is force fed you on this site and at a majority of the malls across the nation....in other words, you probably wear what the majority is wearing...in other words average....stupid bigot.

@Spursfan66 @rtesoro440 To Bag over the face....in a sense the spurs do count their dollars and do so frugally.
6 months, 3 weeks ago on Audio: Spurs' Buford talks offseason moves & more with 'The Hardline'
@rtesoro440 Stop with the insults if you don't realize that the Spurs biggest need is a legitimate SF. You should see more of Baynes who proved to be useful against Howard and now you also have Pendergraph who can play both the 4 and 5. Get educated....the Spurs unlike any other team has continued to remain profitable while staying within their business model and made it to the playoffs 16 consecutive times with 4 titles since 99.....NO other team comes close to that while let alone while remaining profitable.
@BoggieKidRobotStaggs Pyramid is the performance line, the Trefoil is the Originals line....these are Trefoils all the way...Being an old school cat, I like rocking Originals, it's what I grew up and the original Pro Model was the first all leather BB shoe back in the early mid 70's....rock whatever it is that you rock and hopefully not drink the kool aid, but gain an appreciation for the heritage and what got us all here.

Who gives a Fxck if he's a hypebeast, rapper or fxcking entertainer....does it really fxcking matter??.... WTF....just look at the shoes he has....I am sure he just gets what he sees and likes, and can afford to get whatever he wants...
WTF is the use of arguing over this....all I say is don't drink the kool-aid and just wear what everyone else is wearing...as in what you see everyone else wearing...which are brands beginning in N and J...don't get me wrong, to each his own, and it's all good...but damn, be an individual.

If you can get the same type of production that Blair has given the Spurs and if he is better on D , then he is an asset. And I don't see him being undersized as a PF at all.
You guys continue to fry Blair and have spoke as if you knew the Spurs were going to get rid of Blair but that was never true and they could have let him go last year and pick up any # of big men that were available. However this could be the end of the road for DB.
Nay....on bringing Richards on board with the 15th slot or trading Bonner....bad moves, IMHO.
And Quixem...if you are going from comparing Pendergraph to Blair and saying to contain your excitement and then agreeing that he reminds you of a Dice, than I have to shake my head. If he is anything like Dice, that will be very big, especially in a younger, healthy body.

The offer that the Spurs have made is the qualified offer to keep him restricted....that's at $5 MIL. It's going to take more than that to get Splitter.
8 months, 1 week ago on Report: Spurs in 'serious' talks in acquiring Marcin Gortat
@jojo707 Disagree on him being trained by Nash and that he is "2 tiers better than Splitter".
The article and GOSPURS2013 are off in their assessments of Splitter. The writer goes on with this diatribe about TS being "weak" as in strength, which is a complete joke. He then goes on with he needs to go back being the player he was during the regular season. I have to call out the media when they make judgment calls like that and they don't realize that, it's not so much he needs to go back to anything...he had a few bad games, which the Heat were prepared to counter Splitter on.

All the usual suspects featuring many Nike and Jordan releases....and drinking the kool-aid IMHO....only thing noteworthy that I see is the Ewing release...to each his own.

@Sneakerhead2320 @QKicks No way Niketown NYC had 1000 pair and I would doubt based on previous years that they had 100 pair of every style of DB, but could be for NYC this year. Also, doubtful in a few weeks they are popping up everywhere or have in the past unless on Ebay or counterfeit....DB's, unless you are lucky enough to cop them online when they drop or are close to a Nike town store, or among the hardest to cop in my experience....I still got the ones and the twos new in box but could not get the 3s or the 4s.

@Spursfan66 For some of your response you are right as 2 seasons ago, he did gain weight after coming in at 265 and gained back 20 pounds, but last season he came in at 260 and this season he is maybe a bit lighter than that, but not much.
I never said that DB was the primary reason the Spurs got off to a quick start, but he was very much partially responsible as well as the other starters for the Spurs getting off to a quick start in almost all the games last year and when he would come out of the game the Spurs were the majority of games ahead or way ahead. Him being a catalyst and a spark plug was said many times by Pop, Mike Budenholzer and Brett Brown.
The Spurs had many opportunities to let him go and sign other players that were available and could those other players could have been had very easily but the Spurs thought otherwise. Otherwise, I disagree with much of what you think or have read. Blair played through out most of all the past 3 summers. He is far from perfect but would get picked up in a heart beat if we were let go and wouldn't have been invited to be a part of the Select team to work out against the Olympic team if he wasn't highly thought of.
Of course, he is not going to be Charles Barkley...that's funny. Sir Charles was one of the best players to ever play the game. Not close.
1 year, 5 months ago on DeJuan Blair killing it in the gym
@jwalk415 He still produces 9-10 points and 6 boards per game in 20 minutes of playing time and is one of the top offensive rebounders in the league. Sure it would be nice to have a jump shot but his role is not to be taking jump shots so much and more to run pick and roll and get garbage points which he does very well. I don't care if he is not hitting jump shots just as long as he is producing points and boards, however they might come. And he shoots over 50% from the field.
@CraigThomas Craig Thomas...DB came into last season pretty much the same way he looks right now and the year before that as well, however he did put weight on during that season, 2 seasons ago, as time went on...no need to call him a lazy oaf because your assessment which is shared by many naysayers is way off and bufoonish. DB has been very productive for the Spurs and was responsible for the Spurs getting off to a quick start during the start of games through out the season.
@Dixon Syder @AdiDazzler Hey that's true about Converse being owned by Nike, but the point was that they not only carry Nike and Jordan. Coincidentally, I ran into a friend that had a HOH shirt on as he now works there and he told me that they are carrying Vans. So it would not be unreasonable for them to carry Ewings, however maybe not a regular Footlocker. BTW, I always enjoyed travelling to Toronto and would always have to make a pit stop at Goodfoot.
