@JohnWard: Roflol! Ok, Mr. Ward. I think it's time for your meds...
@JohnWard: Stop the bullshit, please. The only one embarrassing himself is you. And we didn't ask what you have or what you do. Nor do we care. That's all irrelevant to the topic.
@JohnWard: like what, how idiotic some people can be?
@JohnWard: What innovations have apple ever made? They haven't innovated anything ever. All they did was build on existing ideas. But the clueless are lead to believe otherwise.
If that's true, then why is iphone about 2 years behind everything else? Can't be a leader if you don't even know how to move forward. -_-
Ravings of a fanboy. Nothing more, nothing less. I'm sure if all these features were in iphone, you'd be flipping like a high chimp. -_-

So, basically you're trying to turn your iphone into an android?

I really don't think they'll have much to offer that on the 5s that hasn't already been done before. Nor do I think they have anything significantly better than what the competition has already announced.

Actually, the iphone was not the first touch screen phone. There were others before it. The first touch screen phone ever was from Ericsson. It may not have been a smart phone, but it was a touch screen phone. And how about phones such as the palm, Q techs, and imates? Yes, they had styluses, but they were still touch screen phones. The iphone wasn't the first touch screen phone. All they did was get rid of the stylus and made touch screens become more popular.
1 year, 11 months ago on Samsung might be fined $15b in Europe for effort to ban Apple devices
I know about this already, it's not new news and I had a feeling this would happen. But still, apple started all this by trying to claim that they had patents on ridiculous things such as rounded corners. And they are on a patent rampage at the moment trying to obtain as many patents as they can. Mainly in hopes to keep the competition from passing them even further in technology. Apple and Samsung both need to be taught a lesson. And people like you should stop riding apple's corporate dick. Especially when they are out to monopolize the smart phone business. Apple is only doing all of this because the are afraid of competition. They want to be the only ones making smart phones and tablets. And that's unrealistic and childish.
@Guest911: I'm not suck anyone's butt, as you say. The way I see it, both companies have tarnished their reputations a bit through all this crap. But that still doesn't change the fact that apple started the bullying. It also won't change the fact that Samsung makes more innovations to their products than apple does. If you compare apple products to any android, you'd see this. Unless you have the mind of a donkey that is.
@BillThomas: Apple was asking for an unreasonable sum of money at first. And that was why Samsung had refused. Apple is only going on a suing spree because they feel threatened by android companies. Especially Samsung because they are making advances in technology faster than they want it to. Which makes it pretty difficult for apple to make only incremental upgrades to their devices every year in order to push their half assed products on their small minded customers.
Do you mean the way big company Apple started the bullying? Don't be a dumb ass. :-/
I think Time is is the only one that considers tje iphone 5 gadget of the year. It seems to be the Galaxy S3 just about everywhere else.

Did anyone come close to losing their lives going down that road meant for lighter traffic? If not, then this is a very minor issue which wasn't even worth mentioning along side the recent apple maps fiasco.
2 years ago on Apple Maps not the only one giving dangerous directions, so is Google
@pld940: The baby here is Apple. They're the ones that started bulling Samsung in order to slow them down from pushing technology to fast. Apple is afraid that Samsung will use up all the ideas and make innovations to quickly for them to keep up.
2 years ago on "iPad mini infringes eight of our patents" claims Samsung
Apple started all this crap with the claim of owning patents on rectangles with rounded corners. And since then, they've become nothing but a patent troll in hopes to hold back the competition from making innovations in technology faster than they can. I hope Samsung hits them where it hurts.
It's nice to know that the UK legal system isn't as easy on bs as the US courts.

This new version of iphone is just average at best. It lacks innovation and really seems as though it was just apple's way of trying to catch up to the competition. I'm highly disappointing by the iphone 5. Oh well, maybe next year. :-/
