Had to come by and add in my 2 cents for Anneliz. First she is a funny SOB.. but that's probably because she is a New Englander too :)
We connected thru my blog I believe about a year ago, and can say we have stayed in contact online every since, she is funny, kind, giving and smart. If I had another 100 fans just like her I could retire and travel the country in a station wagon haha
Congrats Anneliz.. you deserve all the attention you get :)

8 months ago on Why the Best "Social Media Stars Reality Show" is the One That Doesn't Need Made
Of course there would be a reality show about Social Media people. Why not? The reality shows that are out there now are brain numbingly bad, so why not throw in some loud mouth, no results SM "experts" to show off what they DON'T know haha
One thing is for sure, watching this would have me exploding my "are you F**kn Kidding me" outburts lol
This doesn't bother me since I stopped auto following people a long time ago. BUT I have sratched my head at some of the changes Twitter has made over the past 12 months.
I think this is what happens when they people that developed the idea are pretty much all gone.
You bring in new people that only have focus on making money. Big mistake.
and while we are at it, can someone tell me why Twitter and FB continue to make changes that hurt marketers and bloggers and small biz owners?
The exact same people that have helped BUILD your platforms to the size they are now.
Do you know how many times I personally have sent people to FB or Twitter? now multiply that by millions of other bloggers, marketers, small biz peeps doing the same thing.
Just dumb.. this is why in 5 yrs Twitter and FB will be hurting.

still not seeing the beniis to use a page and not just a profile.. especially with G+ it is more about connecting biz wise. Not just a place to hang out for fun. So On FB you do both so I see the need for profiles and pages... just dont see the need on G ... like you said.. we will see what happens. Justin Germino

Dan..Great post. This is why it erks me when a site comes out doing 1-2-3 enjoys some success, then besides to change 1-2-3.
Instead of build on the 1-2-3 that got them the success in the first place.
Engage, Listen, Give them what they asked for. So simple yet, seems to be hard to do.

Nice idea.. bloggers helping blogger unknowns. I try not to stay to much in a pack, but sometime sit is hard when you have great bloggers that support you on a regular basis, and you want to return the favor.
