@TaskForce16  @JohnLambert1 I beg to differ with you.  I look at the United StatesConstitution and Bill of Rights as the law of the Republic of the United States.  Each State within for the most part wrote a Bill of Rights first and then a Constitution for their individual State.  After the war between the States our Federal Government had already become divided hence we now have Democrats and Republicans.  I stand as a Republican but the problem is our Representatives have and continue to act for the the most part as this nation being a Democracy where mob rules and although the 1st amendment gives every citizen the right to question our representatives on any legislative articles being passed or voted on it will hardly ever get to him/her as this divided Nation lets $$$ make the rules and not the will of "We The People".  Along the same time the the 14th amendment was ratified along came a new law known as Blacks law which required any person of the black race to obtain a marriage license if he/she desired to marry outside their race or with a white person and as it was adopted it became a norm and hence now everyone no matter their race pays for a marriage license (not law) and where or who's pocket does it go into??  I could go on about driver's license, registration, taxes on your auto each year which could be avoided as that is taxex upon taxes and it sure is not keeping up our public highways nor providing paths for those of us in wheelchairs to travel safely.  If you feel mislead I can assure you you are wrong.  I'm on your side.  Until this Nation called the United States gets back to the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights and our elected representatives vote accordingly with response/replys to the citizens they represent our Nation is doomed to fail as we are certaintly a divided Nation.  With that I will end and ask forgiveness for misleading statements I may have made and keep on praying for all of us and our country.  God Bless

@TaskForce16  @DisabledAmericanPatriot WELL SAID TaskForce16.  Public office was once an honor while those holding office still held a public job and/or returned to a public job to support theirselves rather than living off of the taxpayers money stolen from things like the Social Security paid in that was never to be touched by any part of the government.  The interest alone would be sufficient to pay for all retired folks with plenty left over for generations of those that follow us long after we are put to rest.

@nullifynow Agreed.  First the teachers need to be taught again as the Civics us ole timers were taught stopped many decades ago.  Read what a lot of homeschooler's use at my website and I ask the Tenth Amendment Center to do the same freely.

@DisabledAmericanPatriot From one disabled American Patriot/Veteran to another I agree with you.  I stand on the Constitution, Bill of Rights and the Bible.   I live in an open carry state and never leave home without my sidearm in plain view.  All this PTSD crap applies to every person in the world as if you lose a love one to natural death one will go through PTSD so to speak as with auto wrecks, deaths at birth and more.   Check my web page on the Constitution and Bill of Rights-What Do your Know? at    http://www.squidoo.com/lensmasters/mrducksmrnot  and also at the same site one on Gun Ownership in America.   I'm trying to educate folks where our publc schools have now quit teaching because of some crazy person bringing federal lawsuits against prayer, the Constitution and even the Pledge of Allegiance because the words 'Under God' were added.  I have a special webpage on the Pledge of Allegiance broken down word for word to help wake up our dumbed down society.  I stand with you my friend/friends but I believe nullification will fall by the wayside before it will ever take affect and we will all be in our graves and politics will resort back to the curruption as it is going on now-not in the interest of 'We The People'.   With all our modern technology what used to be a 25 cent box of Corn Flakes now cost almost 3 dollars and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) cannot even keep our food clean and safe without recalls after so many citizens are dead.  Something just ain't right and it does not take a rocket scientist to figure it out.  Read more at   http://www.squidoo.com/lensmasters/mrducksmrnot  published by me.

@TaskForce16 I agree, but nullification is a long drawn out process.  We should use Impeachment proceedings which are open and direct and quick to clean house rather than let the feds keep on until out of office and a few may be tried but even if convicted never pay back or spend a day in prison for their crimes.  America is on the verge of a Civil War if "We The People" don't demand and remove those representatives not keeping their oath of office.  Used to be and public servant from town council member all the way to the President was an HONOR and hard work while still working a regular job independent of the people's money/taxes (many which are unconstitutional also).

@onetenther Agreed - but the problem is our supreme court will not adhere or allow this to happen as they are just like the politicians for the most part - puppets being paid to do what they are told to do and not represent "We The People" as their oath of office states.  Check out my Webpage on the Constitution and Bill of Rights, What do your Know? and Gun Ownership in America then post back a reply.  http://www.squidoo.com/lensmasters/mrducksmrnot

I have yet to get a direct response from the Tenthamendmentcenter.com but still waiting.

@TaskForce16  @mrducksmrnot Well said and I agree.  I only used Wiki as a quick source.  I hand out pocket Constitution's daily at the rate of 200 plus a month.  I feel for We the People and think nullification is kinda a waste of time.  Seems to me a Civil War to take back our government is the last straw as our current representatives will not start impeachment proceedings against each other and for the most part "The People" have been dumbed down and plain do not know what the Constitution says and means.  The Bill of Rights are not so much our rights as it is WHAT the Federal Government SHALL NOT do to 'We The People'.  I published a website that many homeschoolers use at

http://www.squidoo.com/lensmasters/mrducksmrnot    on the Constitution-What Do you know? and one on Gun ownership in America in detail.  I live in an open carry state and never leave home without my gun on my side.  Never had to use it but it is ready if needed.  Now I do all of this as a paralized vet in a wheelchair and still find many reject being educated and call me crazy just because I'm a Vietnam Vet.  If America does not make change quickly then future generations that follow us after we are laid to rest will have nothing and the America we once knew will cease to be.

Supremacy ClauseFrom Wikipedia

Article VI, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution, known as the Supremacy Clause, establishes the U.S. Constitution, federal statutes, and U.S. Treaties as "the supreme law of the land." The text provides that these are the highest form of law in the U.S. legal system, and mandates that all state judges must follow federal law when a conflict arises between federal law and either the state constitution or state law of any state.

The "supremacy clause" is the most important guarantor of national union. It assures that the Constitution and federal laws and treaties take precedence over state law and binds all judges to adhere to that principle in their courts. - United States Senate[1]

The Supremacy Clause only applies if Congress is acting in pursuit of its constitutionally authorized powers. Federal laws are valid and are supreme, so long as those laws were adopted in pursuance of—that is, consistent with—the Constitution. Nullification is the legal theory that states have the right to nullify, or invalidate, federal laws which they view as being unconstitutional; or federal laws that they view as having exceeded Congresses’ constitutionally authorized powers. The Supreme Court has rejected nullification, finding that under Article III of the Constitution, the power to declare federal laws unconstitutional has been delegated to the federal courts and that states do not have the authority to nullify federal law.[2]...

If the Supremacy Clause above is true then anything and everything the Tenth Amendment Center

is pushing is null and void and 10th Amendment Center is getting rich off of "We The People"!  If not - Please educate me where I am wrong.

Your attention to this matter is important to me as I am totally against the way the Federal Government

is running the country into the ground and has been for several decades.

@Don Duncan I agree with you "the proof is in the pudding" but guess I'm not part of the pudding as my arms are always on my side ready.  I'm just an ole Mountain man but what I fought for in Viet-Nam which also was an undeclared and unjustified war was for my rights and yours under the Constitution and Bill Of Rights as Written.  I AM NOT A SLAVE nor will I bow down to this government and become one.  I protest and go to the courts to win for "We The PEople" against tremendous odds but I go to win and I leave a FREE man with all my rights intact.  Sometimes I have lot's of mountains to climb to obtain that freedom but with GOD as I perceive Him to be on  my side I have nothing to lose and ever-lasting life to gain.  When we come back to a nation Under God, Indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for All - and only then will America become what she was meant to be from the beginning.  What you and I need to do is keep EDUCATING "We The People" on how to rebel, protest and if need be with force just as little David did against Goliath.  GOD does allow killing of the Devil's followers.  The Bible tells me so.

@Don Duncan "The power under the Constitution will always be in the people. It is entrusted for certain defined purposes, and for a certain limited period, to representatives of their own choosing; and whenever it is executed contrary to their interest, or not agreeable to their wishes, their servants can, and undoubtedly will, be recalled." GEORGE WASHINGTON.  "We the people" have been dumbed down by lying media, poison in our water and foods and more.  It's up to those of us who understand the truth to get our Country back on the right course.

Everyone should take note that the Fed Government is buying up ammo like crazy since they cannot stop us from owning guns.  Also make note on the type of ammo you do buy-notice the grain and fps has changed dramatically to make "We The People" even armed not as effective against the tyranny around us.  Buy plenty of any and all you can get - reload all you can and quit selling metal's like copper that can be used for bullets.  Times will get worse before they get better and this election no matter who wins is not going to be good for any of us.  Keep the faith people.  Lock and load, peaceful demonstrations are being met with deadly force so something has to give somewhere, sometime.

@egbegb Any weapon made becomes unusual and dangerous when someone is killed or injured and the local news can make money off of the story and ruin someone life.  The real weapon that is unusual and dangerous is the out of control government, unjust justice system, paid off politicians and big industry.  Next time you go to any store for anything ask the manager where the "Made In America" section is.  If there is one it will only take up less space that your closet.

@RedTulie In the eye's of the present administration and the Senate and Congress for the most part ALL of "We The People" are mentally ill 'so to speak' as we all agree that "We The People" are not being represented as per the Oath Of Office our Government from the local level all the way to the Federal Government is NOT representing us "We The People".  That makes us all mentally ill in the Government's eyes.  Beware of TSA, NDAA and the new Face recognize software the government is now using.   The FBI and all other so called agencies that popped up since 911 in the name of National Security are here to take any and all, right or wrong.

I've been trying to teach citizens for years on and about the Amendments to the Constitution being "SHALL NOT'S" on the government in any capacity.  I got so frustrated I wrote a web page to put it in simple term on the 1st Ten Amendments alone.  It can be located at my web adress http://www.squidoo.com/lensmasters/mrducksmrnot     under the title U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights - What Do You Know?    Folks this is how it was taught to me by teacher's when I was in school that believed in America and the Constitution and Freedom.  Believe me, you can read the reply's to my webpage and see it is no longer taught to anyone and most folks that don't even live in America know more about out rights and limits on the government than the common U.S. Citizen does.  It is a shame but our educational system and family have let the younger generation down and not taught what once was common knowledge to those of us in their 60's and up in age.  It is High Time "WE THE PEOPLE" Took back our government and put the common man/woman in office from the lowest form of government to the highest office.  Public office used to be an honor to serve and not an office to be bought for with money and big interest business.  Keep up the great work 10th Amendment Center and feel free to share my webpage with any and all.
