Here's a better one that I use all the time. SUPER easy and tastes/feels just like real cake! It's called 3-2-1 cake, and here's the steps:
Mix one box of angel food cake (very important that it is angel food cake) with one box of any other cake flavor in a gallon ziploc bag. Save this cake mix for whenever you get the hankering for a little mug cake. Once you have the mix ready...
Put three tablespoons of the mix into a mug.
Add two tablespoons of cool water. Stir well-- get all the dry stuff off the bottom!
Microwave for one minute.
Hence, 3-2-1. It is excellent.
