Welcome back. 30 day shred is one of my favorite dvds from her. It truly kicks my butt everytime. I have also read many of her books including making the cut. Can you recommend a protein powder thats has low cholestrol and tastes good? The only ones i like the taste of are these jillian michaels one but comes in a 15 serving and doesnt last long. Hi Maja, tried this oat bar recipe but looks like I messed up a few things. First of all the bananas I had were not ripe yet for use. I also used quick cook oats that kind of got soggy in the oven. What kind of oats did you use? Cant wait to try it again. Hope you are having a great weekend.
@hautepnk thanks Maja.. Ive been trying the tuna for the last 2 days. I am always late in the morning and this is super quick and i have some fresh chives that i have been growing on my window sill. I hope you share more lunch boxes on the blog. Cant tell you how motivational it is to see a busy woman making time to eat healthy.
