Is there any way to troubleshoot this? I have checked settings and think they are all correct.

I activated pagelines-jigoshop plugin and added products. However, when I try to go to checkout (Skrill) I get an error that says that payment option is not available. I have enabled Skrill and added the necessary settings in payment gateways. I also have Paypal enabled, but get the same error. I wonder if this is a pagelines problem or a jigoshop problem?
Support for this plugin is sparse without signing on to a monthly payment.
