I love CrossFit! I used to be too intimidated at the gym to try lifting weights because I was afraid of hurting or embarrassing myself. CrossFit taught me how to train properly and also gave me confidence. In general I prefer exercising outside to being in a gym, and I also prefer exercising alone. However, I always look forward to the WOD as a break from that.
