Doctors are the worst. I can't tell you how much time I've wasted waiting or not getting the proper treatment due to miscommunication. If I were you I would set up a team solely focused on retaining them as clients. That is, if they care. But it does make you think about business as usual. As business owners constantly evaluating the customer experience should be our primary focus not an after thought. BTW - love the graphics Jeannie!
