If they didnt make these GRs with a specific theme, then they should make ip something . Thats what helps the shoe have more of a meaning (and makes it cooler)

the "lifestyle" aspect is whats important. its crazy how Jordan brand has the most sought after AND the least sought after shoes. nobody is guna wear jordans that MJ didnt wear. iduno how to change the stigma but thats the truth. for my age group, ( people that were around for original releases) you'd get made fun of for wearing just "jumpmans" and not anything but the number series. if you had a non number series jordan than "you didnt know what was up" or you were "too broke/cheap to get the real thing". the CPs, Melos, and D Wades all look ugly but if there were a swoosh on them instead, would we think differently? they should just release their own player editions of the "1-13s".
off court sales are whats important. they ARE making basketball shoes for playing basketball in, but everybody knows it aint cool to wear non-number series jordan brand jordans off court. if melos and CPs had a swoosh instead, theyd sell better.
