I thin Justin made the car to resemble like the Audi used in the movie tron! It looks really cool in chrome but it's not really practical to drive a shiny car specially during the sunny days coz the light bounces to the incoming driver. Just thinking the coolant recovery tank http://www.drivewire.com/part/cooling-system/coolant-recovery-tank/ is painted in chrome as well - such a waste of money for a one off car.
