This is great!  I do feel that I have an entrepreneurial spirit, although it's taken a while to get there.  I hope to have more passive income once our rental homes are paid off in about 12 years!

We got a big refund for 2013, so I'm paying less in this year.  I don't necessarily want to owe but I don't want a huge refund.  I'm trying to get as close to zero as possible.

Greg's first internship is what led to the job he has now.  He completed his internship many years ago then worked somewhere else for six years.  But we ultimately ended up back here!

I can see why you didn't pay cash since you got such a low interest rate.  It sounds like you bought a reasonable car that you can afford...and that is all that matters.

These are all good tips!  We usually make dinner with friends so that we don't have to pay to go out to eat.  It's so expensive!

My old boss was a micromanager and inept.  He mostly sat in his office and looked at fishing gear and condos in Florida on the internet all day.  Then he would pop out and act all serious about work.  It was nuts!  He was a super nice guy though =)

I am so glad that it's warming up outside because I am in desperate need of some exercise.  We have been out walking around the neighborhood every night and it feels great.  I'm so much happier when I am able to get outdoors.

We try to do things ourselves if we can.  For example, we're getting ready to order mulch and freshen up some of our landscaping.  We always call in professionals for the big stuff though!

I hope you have a great weekend!  I can understand financing a car if you got an extremely low rate...I just hate car payments!!!  =/

Nice!  I don't coupon as much as I used to.  I no longer have the time.  It is awesome and addicting though.  Maybe one day I will have the time to do it again!

I did an awful job estimating my taxes this year, and we ended up with a $6,500 refund. We've rethought our strategy since and I'm going to do much better next year!!!

Ugh, people tell me all the time how "lucky" I am that I work from home.  It makes me crazy!  I literally created my own job out of thin air...it wasn't luck.  It was hard work!
