Hi Sarah, it is my job to visit/prospect SMBs on a daily basis. You can call Yelp boring, anti-groupon, or whatever but, the truth is they can deeply hurt SMBs. Business owners can handle negative reviews on Yelp (or otherwise) but, they lose it when FAKE (e.g. the reviewer says the lasagna was bad but, the restaurant doesn't even offer it) reviews are considered "reliable" by Yelp's algorithm and then the negative review issues aren't resolved when the owner doesn't agree to pay Yelp $350+ a month to "fix" the problem - yeah, I call that extortion! Yelp makes grown men cry!

OMG, I loved this goodbye; it is called the truth and it so refreshing that someone still speaks it! Yes, if revamping is what is needed please do it, as I love PandoLists. Maybe the key is to make it a reader contribution based list???
