Two weeks ago the US sends $billions to escalate the drug war in Latin America and already the threat to the US has more than doubled with the alliance between FARC and ELN.
This is a complete waste of taxpayer money and will be used to justify wasting even more money.
In his first few days, Kerry launched an escalated drug war into Latin America. He is following Hillary's lead perfectly.
Boehner believes that marijuana has killed millions of people. It is inconceivable that he has any concept of why the Constitution is written the way it is. My conclusion is that Boehner is a mere puppet who sometimes goes off script during periods of emotional stress such as the Christmas holidays.
Stop farting around with your phony medical marijuana program and simply legalize it. It's going to happen anyways so why throw time and money into a moot cause?

If I was king of Texas, I would secede from the Union, legalize marijuana, then make it a tax haven for any former Americans and Mexicans with guns legal for all non felons.
With a source of water brought in from the Gulf of Mexico, hemp would be rotated with corn to have sustainable bio fuel and food.
