The Pentagon gave out over $500 million last year to militarize the police specifically to fight the drug war.  How can Obama say the drug war is over?  He has the authority to tell Hagel to stop it but he won't.

To put it more accurately, George Soros profited when 1000s lost their homes.  That doesn't make him responsible.

They're working to legalize marijuana.  I cannot think of anything better that would unscrew 350,000,000 people.

@NobleFurr  Do random drug testing for steroids on the BLM, police, and you will understand why they were ready for a turkey shoot.  The problem with this one is the turkeys were not isolated in one building and were prepared to shoot back.

The illegal and immoral experiment is marijuana prohibition as a pretense to exterminate the hippies.  It failed just like Hiltler's attempted extermination of the Jews.

The biggest problem with the US government shutdown is it didn't shut down this nonsense, not even for a few minutes.   This is an utter failure, waste of time, and waste of money.  The drug war holocaust is on par with Hitler's war on the Jews.  There is no difference.  Hitler thought he was doing the right thing just as the US thinks they are doing the right thing.

That's because the GOP has yet to realize the RINO nature of the drug war.  Romney was a horrible RINO publicly stating that he would fight marijuana legalization tooth and nail.

Please, no more Romney type RINOs like Walker, Rubio, Jindal, Christie, and Huckabee with their big government nanny state war on marijuana.  In Colorado, marijuana got more votes than Obama did.  The voters are going to be much angrier this time around after enduring eight years of the traitorous Bogart in Chief.

The GOP is anxiously awaiting the second coming of Jesus Christ so they can crucify him again at the cross for smoking holy oil, aka marijuana.

The church has concealed the real reason why Jesus had to hide in the Catacombs from the Romans.

On the contrary, the war has already been won.  The problem is the bad guys won and the only way out for the government is to issue terms of surrender.  Otherwise the government will continue to give more power to the people who are out to destroy them.

Guns and marijuana will be the two top issues in the 2016 election.  Rand Paul is on the right side of both and Hillary Clinton is on the wrong side.

Abortion, the economy, and terrorism will be distractions.  Civil rights will make significant progress with the legalization of marijuana.

@DILNIR Thanks to the US "investment" the threat resulting from the alliance between FARC and ELN is greater than ever.  Hillary Clinton was smart enough to see this coming and left her post just in time to avoid a bloody disaster.

Two weeks ago the US sends $billions to escalate the drug war in Latin America and already the threat to the US has more than doubled with the alliance between FARC and ELN.

This is a complete waste of taxpayer money and will be used to justify wasting even more money.

Boehner believes that marijuana has killed millions of people.  It is inconceivable that he has any concept of why the Constitution is written the way it is.  My conclusion is that Boehner is a mere puppet who sometimes goes off script during periods of emotional stress such as the Christmas holidays.

If I was king of Texas, I would secede from the Union, legalize marijuana, then make it a tax haven for any former Americans and Mexicans with guns legal for all non felons.

With a source of water brought in from the Gulf of Mexico, hemp would be rotated with corn to have sustainable bio fuel and food.
