One thing I've found is that the more experienced people get in the hazzard the more comfortable they get in the hazzard. Sometimes comfortable can lead to "I don't need the lanyard for this little task" or "putting up this sign will take 60 seconds... I'm not going to make the attenuator drive over for that"... Critical (disguised as little) decisions get made with out looking at the big picture like Family etc. too often.

Makes the heart sore T and Huge. We work where your Mother told you not to play...In traffic. Same rules apply... Laps in judgement or lazy approach to safety protocall can result in a quick trip to the light. I have had to notify a wife of a great guy that put himself in harms way and lost his life... Worst day in my career.
