I'm not criticizing your article, but is the IRS really "watching". You mentioned not to brag your tax refunds on facebook or twitter. Do you mean other people reporting you to the IRS, or is the IRS actively watching social networks? It may sound like an outlandish question, but the government is trying to get access to major social networks for monitoring people.
