 @DavidAJohnston Yes, I am agreed. Especial to emerging countries, most resource, including startup,  are centralized in certain cities. But people who live there are less likely to be startup, it's too risky.Therefore, I have proposed a similar ideas to AppWorks (in Taipei). Try to leverage the cloud to help startups in other cities to get the resource.
