@Gilbert_Vengeance with guys out there like soriano and Brian Wilson who were salivating at the thought of the dodgers signing them I appreciate this deal so much more. A low cost arm who is reliable and a good age.

So tired.of the ethier rumors. I like bourn, but I don't know of he'd produce at an all star caliber level for more than a few years. That may be good as it's open up a window for puig but I'd rather put together a halfway decent package of ethier, Zack lee, capitano/harang and maybe a few other decent names for Stanton. I'd even be willing to include dee Gordon. I wouldn't give the moon for Stanton though, but I'd prefer Stanton over bourn. Throw aj in leadoff and see how it works out.

I'm still intrigued by the idea of Gordon playing 2B though which is why I'm not keen on giving him up. the DBacks don't need a SS though, but I'd see Gordon as a great player if he'd quit bringing a toothpick to the plate in replace of a bat.
