I disagree that monthly demo days are too often. After the first batch of companies goes off the hook, any investor who sat out a demo day because, at once a month, it was "too often" is going to change their mind. Also, one of the reasons I chose nReduce over 500Startups or yCombinator is because their schedule never synched with mine. I was never rejected from yCombinator or 500Startups; I chose nReduce over them because their structure and value proposition was more compelling.
My experience at nReduce has already yielded great benefit to my startup, 6builder.com and I expect that the best is yet to come.
