In this country the Feds must take persons to court for marijuana violation (so far). Juries in Washington and Colorado (and any other state, for that matter) can use their right of nullification and find these people not guilty.

 An audit of the Fed would probably show that they don't have it either. I suspect it's been long gone for a long time.

Sounds good except the Justice Department would sue and the Supreme Court would declare Federal Reserve Notes as a tax and therefore conclude that money is exclusively a Federal prerogative.
